Debbi,
Very nice service.  Thank you!!  We really enjoyed Kyle as our driver.

Kyle picked us up from the Lady of Lake Express and took us to our van at Rainy Pass!   It worked like a charm and we would definitely use your service again!  Kyle was very pleasant and efficient.

btw---You need to let others in Chelan know about your business.  You would get a lot of referrals!!

Hi Debbi and everyone at Classic Mountain Cabby,

I want to thank you for your excellent service once again last week as I hiked in the North Cascades National Park. Your person showed up right on time at Cascade Pass trail head and was very pleasant, entertaining and informative on the ride to Colonial Creek. I remember my last trip there 3 years ago when Jeremy "rescued" me by showing up at a moment's notice when I landed up at the wrong trail head on my hike through the Pasaytens. You guys are terrific and are providing an extremely valuable service to folks who love the North Cascades and Pasayten wild areas. I wish you the best and am counting on using your services again and again in the future.

I just want to say that you guys are real gems. You provide a rare and invaluable service for hikers and other outdoor fans to explore a remote but incredibly beautiful part of the country. Without you I could never have embarked on my long term goal of hiking a portion of the Boundary Trail in the wild and lonely Pasayten Wilderness. I made a connection and reservation with Debbi over e-mail weeks in advance. Lo and behold Jeremy picked me up at Hart's pass trailhead right on time in a reliable and clean vehicle. He was professional, cheerful and knowledgeable. Few days later I ran into some trouble with the hiking plan and had to emerge at a different trailhead. With the help of the USFS I contacted Jeremy again and he reshuffled a lot of customers on a long weekend to help bail me out (without which I was facing the prospect of hiking over 20 miles on a FS road!). THANK YOU Classic Mountain Cabby LLC. I did enjoy my trip and it could never have happened without you.

Just want to say thank you for all of your hard work this past week. We appreciate the help and we got wonderful feedback from the models that rode with you guys.  Thanks again!  Meg

My husband and I planned an entire summer bicycling around the northwest area of the US to include cycling down the length of the Cascades from northern Washington State to Lake Tahoe in California.  However, we do not camp, and knew the road from Marblemount to Mazama WA was 75 miles, had 7500 feet of climbing, and had no services.  Therefore, we chose to hire a shuttle to take us over the pass where we would continue our bike tour from Mazama to Lake Tahoe.

From the initial contact we had with Debbi, to the several confirmations, to the ride over the pass with Mark, to running into both Debbi and Mark in Twisp a few days after Mark dropped us off in Mazama, we could not have been more pleased.

They provide an invaluable service, and we would not hesitate in the least to recommend them.  They run a very professional shuttle service, with real personality added in.

Our trip was an awesome success and we owe a heartfelf thanks to Jeremy, who dropped us off at the perfect location to do our 40 mile trek in 8 mile segments.  This was extremely important due to low water the first half of the journey. We even camped in Canada near the border the  final night before ending up at Manning Lodge in British Columbia at the end of the Pacific Crest Trail. A night in Mazama when picking up my car was lots of fun too.
